Here's the latest entry from India. When American tort lawyers go to bed at night, they dream of the sidewalks in India, which have man eating gaps and gores that can swallow an innocent pedestrian whole.

Of course, in India, getting a verdict might take a couple decades, but otherwise the pickings are easy.

Of course the sidewalks seem relatively safe compared to driving.

If you fall in a sidewalk gorge you may lose a limb, but you'll survive.

Spend a little time in traffic in Mumbai and you'll realize that any sort of survival seems to be a long shot.
